Meet our managing partner: Barbara Tate RN, BSN, CNLCP, LNCC.
Barbara has over 15 years of experience as a registered nurse in the state of Kentucky
in a wide variety of settings.
She has demonstrated skill at the bedside, as well
in management and administration, and is dedicated to keeping that experience current.
She is unique as a nurse in that she is equally comfortable on a medical-surgical
floor or in a psychiatric ward. She also has nearly a decade of hands-on participation
in a world-renown manufacturing setting where she worked shoulder to shoulder with
designers and engineers on quality control, ergonomics, and workability / reparability
issues. That additional background also makes her uniquely qualified to work with
product liability cases. As a Legal Nurse Consultant, she is professionally trained
to review medical-related cases with attorneys. Unlike some “Legal Nurses”, her credentials
are recognized by the American Nurse’s Association. As a Certified Nurse Life Care
Planner, she is invaluable in helping to make sure that a catastrophically-injured
client receives the settlement he needs for the maximum quality of life and level
of independence possible.

"I have found Integrity Consulting to be reliable, cost-effective, and always on
time with a deadline… Barbara is an excellent communicator and keeps me abreast of
what records are needed to fill in gaps of information. She is also flexible, and
has accommodated me by switching gears in mid-case to focus on another case that
suddenly needed attention."
