Reports Available:

A compiled summary of information is provided to you according to YOUR individual preferences, such as verbal report (screenings only); brief, moderate or long reports.  We can provide narratives, timelines (depicting the entire event in question or specific to one issue such as complaints of pain), or chronological reports with or without comments. These will automatically include definitions and explanations of pertinent medical terms as they arise in the report. We are also able to devise graphs to simplify trends of events. We even can provide a detailed list of players for you.

 

Work product samples are available upon request.

 

Also, we are able to work within your budget.  If your budget has a time limit, we will provide the best quality for your time.
